They are fighting to keep the Amazon standing through ground-level initiatives and advocacy within the highest echelons of power. Learn about the Amazon’s pivotal role in maintaining global climate stability and the urgent solutions needed to restore it, aligning with the 1.5°C global warming goal.

This event marks the launch of a new movement to support the leadership of Indigenous women in the Amazon and all Brazilian biomes, towards strengthening their presence and participation in the path to COP30. Minister Guajajara extends a global invitation to influential women across the world, including ministers, first ladies, prime ministers, scientists, celebrities, and young leaders.
