On Friday, September 22, we will stand together in solidarity with Cuba, demanding an end to the inhumane U.S. blockade and sanctions on Cuba.
Time and time again, Cuba has consistently championed peace within the international community, extending support to countries in need by sending medical doctors and vaccines in addition to setting an example in the fight against hunger, illness, illiteracy, and suffering.
We’re calling on you to join us, and the thousands of people worldwide, to say no to the blockade and the state sponsors of terrorism designation. This unjust policy has strangled the people of Cuba, causing shortages of medicine, food, and oil, obstructing humanitarian aid, and has cost $154.2 billion over 60 years. Most recently, numerous airlines have terminated their service to Cuba, effectively damaging Cuba’s tourism economy.President Biden and his administration could easily remove Cuba from the SSOT list and pursue normalized relations with Cuba but choose to continue this outdated policy that harms the Cuban people and the world.
Join us on September 22 at 6 PM at Grand Central Station (89 E 42nd St., New York NY 10017) as we demand an end to the blockade, demanding President Biden Let Cuba Live!
