Raphael Agosto- Miranda is a certified emergency medical technician-basic and CPR/First Aid Instructor. He is an organizer with New York Boricua Resistance, an organization fighting for the liberation of Puerto Rico. As a Puerto Rican and a transman, he believes in the long standing communist tradition of revolutionary healthcare and that members of marginalized communities should have the knowledge needed to provide first aid and basic care to their own communities. He has also participated in various solidarity medical missions.
