This dynamic introductory workshop will cover the basics of linoleum block printing. Learn about the rich revolutionary history of printmaking and dive into making your own small portfolio. Sketch, carve, and print together! A $120 workshop fee includes all materials necessary for completion of the class.

Teaching Artist Bio
Dixon Quinones is a Puerto Rican artist, graphic designer, Illustrator and video creator based in New York City. He has participated in various collective exhibitions and in numerous international Graphic art competitions where he has exhibited his work in wood cuts. He has been a professional artist for more than 30 years, specializing in graphic design for newspapers and magazines. He is currently working in fine art, producing a body of work in linoleum block prints.
