April 10 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us at The People’s Forum on April 10 at 6:30 PM EST for a powerful roundtable discussion exploring Malcolm X’s internationalism. As we commemorate 100 years of Malcolm X, we will reflect on his fight for Black liberation in the U.S. and his deep understanding of global struggles against capitalism and imperialism. Featuring brilliant minds who have engaged in Malcolm X’s political development, Dr. Rosemary Mealy, author of Fidel & Malcolm X: Memories of a Meeting, and Dr. Michael E. Sawyer, author of The Political Philosophy of Malcolm X, this discussion will dive into the significance of internationalism for Malcolm X’s work and the lessons we can draw for today’s movements.
