Fascism is asserting itself through religious nationalism. Linkages across Christian, Jewish, and Hindu nationalisms are driving racist migration policy, ethnic cleansing, and genocide. How do we break these racist / colonial / imperialist solidarities? How do our traditions offer resistance? Or have they been completely captured?
Join the Community Church, the American Council for Judaism, and Hindus for Human Rights on July 16 at the People’s Forum for a community conversation about these questions and more. We can’t wait to hear from you! RSVP here.
Community Conversations bring in movement partners (activists, writers, artists, faith leaders) for dialogue with the community on a particular justice-related issue. These evenings will be unique opportunities to familiarize ourselves with the most recent dynamics of an issue, to connect to organizing efforts around that issue, and gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental structures that underpin them.
