Onleilove Chika Alston, M.Div., MSW is a faith rooted organizer, speaker, minister and writer. From the ranks of the poor having experienced poverty and homelessness as a child she has a passion for justice and compassion for people. Born and raised in East New York Brooklyn and now living in Harlem she is involved in various Pan-African efforts and has traveled to West Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe. One of the organizers of the Ghana 2019 Year of Return Panafest Interfaith Pilgrimage she believes the plight of African-Americans has to be taken global and united with the struggles throughout the African diaspora.
