As movement organizers, we often face the potential of burnout and challenges to our mental health.
With this workshop, we hope to raise our analysis of what it means to be an activist and deepen our understanding of the relationship between our organizing work, mental health and our individualisms.
This one-time workshop will also involve a discussion on how to better individual and organizational practices for the health of individuals and the organization while viewing mental health in the context of the need for modern day movements to struggle to unite.
