“Ichariba Choodee” is an ancestral saying in Ryukyuan language meaning “we are sisters and brothers when we meet”.

 During the UNPFII, The Ryukyu Islands Indigenous Peoples, represented by ACSILs, in collaboration with iINDIGENOUS, invite you to a powerful symposium celebrating Resilience and Revitalization of the Ryukyus from an Indigenous perspective.

HONORING FPII ATTENDEES

Join us to celebrate the 2nd Welcoming Celebration Honoring PFII delegates. Working in collaboration with Indigenous Peoples attending the UNPFII we will showcase  unique art creations by Indigenous Peoples. This Art Market will empower Indigenous Peoples  economies, fostering self-sustainability, and strengthening cultural autonomy during the 25th session of the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in NYC.

Come share Indigenous Peoples accomplishments of Sovereignty, Autonomy and Resilience.  The event will foster collaboration, solidarity, and provide a global platform for advocating Indigenous rights in NYC
