For continuing students of Português Básico 3 who know the basic structure of Portuguese including present/future/past tenses, and had an introduction to Presente do Subjuntivo, upon filling out an application and an assessment form

This is a 6 session course for organizers and people who stand with the Palestinian struggle to deepen their comprehension of Zionism with the aim of expanding strengthening their engagement in the movement for Palestinian liberation.

In this session, we will study the works of two such revolutionaries, Ghassan Kanafani and Walid Daqqa, to understand the following questions: how did Zionism marshall tremendous amounts of support despite openly stating its racist and genocidal intentions in Palestine? Under what historical conditions did Zionist propaganda emerge, and how does it function?  What strategies does Zionism use to undermine Palestinian resistance? Why is it important for the Palestine movement to continue to study Zionism?
