
Laura Ramirez is the Program Coordinator at the first international non-governmental organization working to oppose human trafficking, prostitution, and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Laura is also a core organizer with Af3irm NYC. Laura centers historical materialism and anti-imperialism in her advocacy and work, which focuses on building a youth, women-led movement for a feminist revolutionary resistance throughout the country. She is a born and bred New Yorker and graduated from CUNY Queens College with degrees in International Politics and Philosophy. Laura loves listening to and creating music and is heavily involved in the movement to amplify women of color in the local music scenes in NYC.
