Afro Dominicano is a Latin Fusion band which centers its music into what they call Afro Caribbean soul. They blend traditional folkloric roots music from the Dominican Republic with Afro-beats, reggae, calypso, samba, Funk, Punk rock and other Caribbean rhythms. They play mostly original songs written and arranged by the Band and a few cover songs renditions to the music they grew up listening to as Dominican’s living in the U.S.A.
