DESCRIPTION:An interactive live journalism show about the devastating and traumatic impacts of Israel’s use of drones in the besieged Gaza Strip. \nBy tying together personal narratives and documentation about the on-the-ground reality of this genocide\, Living with Drones weaves a compelling narrative that asks audiences to engage with violations of humanitarian and international law in Gaza since October 2023. \nEmploying the war diary narrative\, the show takes audiences into the day-to-day experiences of life in Gaza while drawing parallels between previous wars and the continued assault on Gaza today. Living with Drones asks audiences to consider their role as citizens of the world\, offering opportunities for collaboration and engagement through a curated series of calls to action. \nAll proceeds from ticket sales for this performance will be donated to The People’s Forum. \nThis show is co-presented by The People’s Forum and Visualizing Palestine. \nThis show\, produced by stitched! studio\,  is possible through the support of many organizations and individuals\, including the Palestinian Scholars and Students at Risk network (PSSAR); The Muslim Fund; Voices for Palestine; and Toronto Metropolitan University’s Creative School. \n➤ Content notice: This live performance contains sensitive subject matter and details the abuse\, trauma\, and violence.
